Astrology is as old as mathmetics. There have been many arguments in history between those that argue it is science and others who regard it as art. One thing is true though that nothing in this universe is static. Astrology and natal horoscopes in particluar can reflect certain traits already in existance and observable. It can be a useful tool to understand ones own personality, areas for growth, and latent talents. But just like everything else there is a fine line between it being soley interesting and being used to explain and ultimately to excuse. In this blog I hope to just write my observations and thoughts on the subject.
I am not an astrologer and I definitely do not propose that astrology can be used to "explain" anything. It is a valuable tool for self awareness ...however should never be used as predictive. The universe is too vast, unfathomable, and mysterious to try and limit it to what is found in a person's chart. Every person has a different path and their chart can be used as a blue print of how they entered the world...but it is just a 2 dimensional description. Life experiences, world events and the influences on the soul contribute to determine how it grows as it develops from a flat horoscope into multi-dimensional existance. Just like a house, the soul is constantly changing...walls that were built at inception are later removed and its rooms and compartments are often remodled to fit the needs of the current state of evolution.
